Class details

Yoga is a discipline good, both for the body and the mind. Is a mix of gymnastic exercises (positions) and breathing exercises that help to achieve a better psychophysical status.

The physical improvements can be seen in the body posture, in the tone of the muscles, in the flexibility of the joints and in the circulation; besides there is a lowering of the stress level, the consciousness of ourselves and the development of the ability of living in harmony with ourselves and with the other people.
