Class details

Total Body fitness course features a series of specific exercises, done on the floor or in a standing position using dumbbells, ankle guards, wooden sticks, barbells involving the muscles of the whole body, for a total body workout.

TOTAL BODY conveys an aerobic part in the lesson while TONING fitness course do not provide cardiovascular activities.
